ALC employs more than 60 teachers. The teaching staff is made up of full-time native-speakers and Moroccans and part-time Moroccan teachers. At present, the ALC has native speaker teachers from the U.S., the U.K. and Australia.

All teachers hold undergraduate degrees from university and in many cases a teaching certificate or an advanced degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).
